Fancy Sweater - Your First Sweater

$60.00
Description

The Fancy Sweater is one of Susan's favorites because it is a straight forward top-down sweater that can be knit in a multitude of yarns. I think she has 5 of these and counting!

Emma will take you through the process of knitting your sweater from figuring out what size you should make and doing a swatch to German short rows and decreasing for the sleeves. At the end of the class (if you do your homework between classes), you should have a finished sweater! Woohoo!

Must have completed the Beginner Knitting Class and be familiar with knitting with circular needles.

This is an in-store class and it meets Thursday afternoons from 3:30-5pm, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, and 2/20 (there is a lag before the last class so you have time to get your body done).

Cost: $60 for class instruction and pattern. Yarn, needles and notions are additional

"A Piece of Ewe is my favorite yarn store whether I am shopping in store, online or by phone. The selection and quality of their yarn is absolutely fantastic and their staff is extremely helpful and a joy to be around. I would recommend this store to anyone who loves yarn."

Cheryl Lockhart

"I’ve shopped and hung out at A Piece of Ewe for a long time. Love all the staff and their constant help and genuine friendliness. Every week I look forward to the Thursday morning open knitting with many friends."

Linda Newcomb

"I have taken three different classes at this shop and each have helped improve my skills as a knitter. The whole team and atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The hat of the month club is awesome and eliminates the dread of choosing a new project! I always leave with a project or three and the team always has recommendations for patterns with different yarn!"
