Description

Perfect to wear when the evening falls for an extra layer or warmth, that’s the Schemer Slipover. Thanks to the large armholes, it’s the ideal partner to wear over summer dresses or blouses with wide sleeves. The design itself looks simple, but the split seam that runs along the side seams and the different techniques makes the pattern quite interesting to make. The pattern is suited for beginners who are looking for an extra challenge or more experienced knitters who want a fast knit.

We knit ours in a timeless tweed texture which has a surprising softness. Each kit contains (6) skeins of Berroco Millstone Tweed (60% wool, 20% viscose, 20% polyamide, 97 yards). Each kit is set up for up to a size 52" chest.

Pattern available on Ravelry and not included in the kit.

A piece of ewe divider

"A Piece of Ewe is my favorite yarn store whether I am shopping in store, online or by phone. The selection and quality of their yarn is absolutely fantastic and their staff is extremely helpful and a joy to be around. I would recommend this store to anyone who loves yarn."

Cheryl Lockhart

"I’ve shopped and hung out at A Piece of Ewe for a long time. Love all the staff and their constant help and genuine friendliness. Every week I look forward to the Thursday morning open knitting with many friends."

Linda Newcomb

"I have taken three different classes at this shop and each have helped improve my skills as a knitter. The whole team and atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The hat of the month club is awesome and eliminates the dread of choosing a new project! I always leave with a project or three and the team always has recommendations for patterns with different yarn!"
